my husband and i have been separated for 2 months. in the process of getting divorce. i have no job yet.we have 2 children, the bills are past due and have not got any money from him at all. is there anything i can do to get money from him now?

You need an attorney, to petition the court for a Temporary Hearing, requesting temporary spousal support, child support, and if appropriate, attorney fees.
