what can i do?

my husband and i are separated, he moved out but still has a key to our home. even though he no longer lives here he still comes in and out when he wants. what can i do legaly to prevent this again?

You will need to file for divorce, and at the same time request temporary orders that include possession of the home during the course of the proceedings. Generally in Texas (there are exceptions) judges do not kick a person out of their house without a hearing. Until you take action against him, and if he has not been violent, there is little you can do to stop him from entering the house.
