Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
husband and i have been separated for 1 1/2yrs, no real assets to speak of...the house is in his name, all assets, furniture and items in house he keep, except for what he pack for me, and took to my mothers...then he changed the locks on the house...caught his girlfriend our bed... so in july we will be married for ten years.... at the ten years, can i get alimony from him??? we have no children together...

Texas does not have "alimony", but you may be eligible for spousal support for a limited amount of time (although I doubt you will be eligible since you have been seperated for so long).

Texas has spousal support (aka alimony). It is limited. The Family Code is available on-line. You can read the spousal support section. You have to meet certain criteria to get alimony.
Just because the house is in his name does not mean that he gets it.
