Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband served me with divorce papers. He did not identify me correctly or legally. The middle name on the document is not mine. When I got married I dropped my middle name and retained my maiden name as my middle name. On my social security card and drivers licence I am legally a different person than the person on this so called legal document. This, in fact, has never been my name. How can this be considered a legal document? Not to mention, what does this say about a so-called man who was supposedly married to me? For 12 years? Come on ! This has got to be a joke.

He may have done this deliberately (getting your name wrong) just to get your goat. Try not to get angry; this is what he wants.

It won't affect the validity of the petition.
