Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Me and my ex husband share 50/50 conservatorship over our 3 children ages 11,9, and 7. I am in the military and live 2 1/2 hours away from my ex and the children reside with me. We meet half way on his weekends. The issue is he doesn't make time for the kids. He gets them on Friday and usually only spends sunday mornings with them before he meets up with me for the exchange. He doesnt pay child support and I think it is a waste of mine and my childrens time to meet him half way just for him to only spend Sunday morning with them.I am thinking about taking him back to court to get primary custodian over them but was wondering what my best option would be. Any help would be greatly appriciative.

You will need to sit down with an experienced family law attorney to discuss your options. You will need a certified copy of the current court order.

My mom has been ill so I'm not accepting new cases.

I highly recommend PATRICIA BUSHMAN at 713-807-9405. Talk to Jessica and tell her that FRAN sent you!

Good luck!
