Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husband has signed the house over to me via a Special Warranty Deed with Vendor's Lien. We have the mortgage in both our names. Do I have to sign a Deed of Trust to Secure Assumption by law? Is it Mandatory that I do this?

No, it is not mandatory that you sign the deed of trust, unless there is a court order that specifies that you do so.
