Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband wants to start a retail business in Dallas, Texas, I am almost certain it will fail do to His lack of knowledge and business experience. He recently inherited money that we will have to pays taxes on . I am afraid for my financial well- being as well as my children's. What do I do about the taxes and safety from the failure of the business?

Divorce him. Otherwise, you are in the same boat as far as the IRS is concerned. When they go to sink his boat, you will go down too.

If he's having to pay taxes on inherited money, he must have inherited quite a bit. Try to get him to put some away for the future or for taxes. Have him put $100,000 in a CD and just keep it there.
