Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husband is being sued for child support. I (wife) have a savings & checking account on my name.
Can that money be consider as his (husband)?

If you have kept it separate and not comingled it, it should not be considered your husband's.
Since he owes c.s., DO NOT open a joint account or add him to your account -- Texas A G's computer will "hit" the account if his social security number appears on it -- WITHOUT ANY NOTICE TO YOU! You can often get it back but it's difficult.
