My husband keeps telling me he filed for divorce but I have not received anything to sign.Would I have to sign a potion before he filed it? He lives in another town and I can't get any info at court house where he said he filed

No. Only the petitioner signs if pro se (representing himself) or his attorney signs if he hired an attorney.

You did not include your zip code. If your case is in a very large TX county, for the first 30 days it is confidential to prevent spousal abuse/death per TX legislature.

I hope this info is helpful.
