Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband has threatened me and told me that he was going to file charges on me for using his credit card. We live in Texas and Texas is a community property state. What are my rights?

Texas is a Community Property state and it is unlikely he would be successful is such a suit. There are other factors to consider and I suggest you speak with an attorney.
