ex husband threats

My ex is threatening me with lawful action if i don't bent to his needs and in texas based on the standard visitation he gets them if they have a school holiday he is refusing and wanting them for a regular weekend he also refuse to have them half the time for christmas he only wanting them for the weekends when I stood up to him he simply ignore me what should I do

I have no idea what legal action he is threatening you with -- but it is not realistic for you to sue him to fully exercise his visitation. If there are other issues to address, you may want to consult with an attorney to explore all of your options.
