Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If my husband has said several times that he would pay for the divorce but has yet to do so and it is now a year later can I make him pay for it? Also he has proposed and gotten pregnant a 17 year old.

Am not sure what you mean by 'pay for it' but unless it is an agreement that has been filed as a Rule 11 Agreement, or is contained in a Mediated Settlement Agreement, he is not bound by it.
