Husband in TX wants the vehicle

Getting divorced in Texas. I have the baby. Husband has truck in his name which he left with me when he took off. Now he says he wants the truck. Can I legally keep it as my only means of transportation for myself and the child until the divorce is final?

Get temporary orders of the court to establish who gets possession of what property while the divorce is pending.
