Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Please Help. My husband walked out on me and his kids to be with another woman he met online.

I went down and got a attorney to file for divorce. At that time (8 months ago) my attorney petitioned the court for a divorce. She also made temporary order for support and custody. However she never had the temp order signed by the judge or filed with the court because I still owed her 1000 more. At that time my ex agreed to joint custody, paying my car note, and childsupport.

Now 8 months later I have finally paid the remainder of the attorney fees and Im waiting for her to get me a final hearing. I want to move with my children to a different state where their is more job opportunities for me, better schools, and better housing. He is now saying (after his guilt wore off) that he will not allow me to move. My question is; Since their is no temporary order yet, May I move without his permission?

Also he is not paying anything that was ordered but dictates where I can move.

There may be a standing order in place that prevents you from moving. It is not likely that you will get permission from the court to move while the case is pending, but it is possible based on his lack of support.
