What can if my husband just walked out on the marriage and left me with all the bills and mentally stressed and I have no idea where he is because it has been 10 months since he has been gone?

First, do your best to try to find him. Make a real effort; call his relatives.

If you can't find him, file for divorce anyway, and get him served by publication.
