Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my husband and i are wanting to file for divorce. we have a 15 yr old and a17 yr old we agree that nighter would pay suport cause we each have one and we want to leave it open for them to choose at any time who the would like to stay with. so it woud be unconteste and no need for child suport or even to say where the children would reside. simple. is there a site i can go to that i can get the papers to fill out myself and file it myself?

Sorry, not that simple. Whether you want them or not the Court is going to require orders concerning the children, and what you are proposing doesn't seem fair. Do you both make the same salary? What about the fact one of the children is going to age out pretty soon and the other has several more years. Why shouldn't the other parent help with that child's expenses?

And what about property and debt and possible retirement benefits??? You really need to talk to a good divorce attorney.
