Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband and I will possibly be divorcing after 9yrs of marriage. Will I be entitled to half of everything including 401k etc?

You are entitled to half of everything acquired during the marriage unless it was a gift or an inheritance. That includes 401k.
