Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My Husband has a 14 years old daughter. She is in the custody of her mother. My husband visit her daughter once in every 2 to 3 months. My husband will get a hotel and they sleep together in one bed. They also visit my husband parents and still they sleep in one bed where in fact there there is another available bedroom. What is the Law on this case?

I'm not aware of a "law".
However, I would STRONGLY encourage your husband NOT to sleep in the same bed as his 14 year old daughter.
Why? It seems to me that it woud be common sense that a father not sleep in the same bed as his teen-age daughter.
If you have children with this man, I would VERY STRONGLY encourage your husband NOT to sleep in bed with any of his children EVER.
FYI: If CPS gets involved with any of his minor children, the rest of the children could be removed from the home. In other words, if CPS gets involved with any of his children, then CPS can come into your home and demand that you kick this man out of your home or they can tell you that your children will be removed from your home if you allow him to remain in your home! Can they do that? YES!
If his ex-wife find out that he is sleep with his daughter in the same, bed, she can go to the judge and ask that his overnight visits be modified. By modified, I mean - eliminated.
I would encourage him to talk to a counselor about the appropriateness of sleeping with his teen-age daughter.
I would also encourage him to talk to an experienced family law attorney about his possible legal implications of his actions.
Good luck!
I hope this helps.
