Husband's baby by his lover
My husband and his girlfriend are about to deliver a baby at any time,they both have been arrested for drug manufacturing,they are awaiting sentencing,the girl has planly stated she does not want the baby,she has only been to doctor once to have ultrasound.I have moved to another town and i work and have a apartment of my own. This weekend i visited with my husband and talked to him about his wants for this child,he wants to keep it. My husband and i are not divorcing,we hope to work things out after he does his time for the crime he has committed plus he will have to have rehab and counsling. I want to take custody of this little baby as soon as it is born and raise it as my own,what do we need to do ? I have been married to this man for 26 years, we have three children ,four grandchildren together. This young woman has already had twins previously and given them away.What steps do i need to take at this point, i know this child will have a addiction of it's very own(the mother has contiously smoked methamphedimine) and need medical care and lots of love from me.

Mr. Grissom's fees are about right. Depending on where you live you may want to contact one of us. You are very generous to offer to take this child. Make sure before you make a final decision that you get first hand experience in dealing with addicted infants. Try some time volunteering at a hospital. It takes a special personality to handle the problems and many of us do not have the special talent. I worked briefly at a place where such children were cared for and I could not do it for long. The birth mother can relinquish her parental rights to you and the child can be adopted by you. The legal fees for this would be $5,000.00. Contact me if you wish for me to assist you in this matter.
