Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husbands children were adopted 10 years ago, one is 16 now and wants to come live with us because the adoptive parents are not treating her right, how can we go about getting her to be able to live with us, she is in texas and we are in pennsylvannia, there are also 2 other children with them 14 and 11 we would like to get out of there as well for not being treated right, is this possible

No, it's not possible.

When the children were adopted, he had his parental rights terminated. That can't be undone. Not without the adoptive parents' permission.

I agree with Mr. Dunn, and want to add that the statement 'not treating them right', is vague. Are they in danger? Is there abuse or neglect? Even if your husband's rights were terminated, if you have information that there is mistreatment at a level that needs to be reported, then report it to authorities. Are there other family members who can step in and help these children?
