Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My husbands ex wife continues to tell my 10 yr old step son to relay messages to me using abusive and foul language. Is this a form if abuse that we can file charges on her for doing to him? This has been ongoing for 2 yrs.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated. He feels horrible she makes him do this. My husband has told her to stop this but to no avail. I personally have filed several reports with the police. What do we do??

You need to talk to a family law attorney in the county where your husband's case is filed.
You need to quit filing police reports - they can't do anything.
You are mixing up criminal and civil matters. You have a civil case -- not a criminal case!
Please talk to a family law attorney. It appears that you need to go to court and have a judge explain family law to her! This is a form of child abuse.
