Hi iam going throught a divorce me and my wife had already settled all bills and debt we had an argument and now she is threatning to go after my house she has also truck under my name what is the house is under my name and my moms my wife has no credit and she 32 yrs of age an living under ssi what is the best thing for me to do

Hire a lawyer. The reason that lawyers are so expensive is that they're worth it.

You wouldn't do your own surgery if you had a ganglion cyst on your wrist. You shouldn't try to do your own legal work. The consequences could be disastrous.
