Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

iam a young mother (15) and my baby's farther (16).what is the legal way for him to live with me and his son,if his mother is not alowing him to visit because my mother use to be in a relationship with his farther.im not alowing me nor my son to go to his house because his mother is constanly harassing my mother and his mother is on medication for being bipolar which has got her fierd from her job,he is not alowed to go with his farther bescause his dad has domestic abuse cases against both our mothers.both of his parents are drung addicts.how can we go about this without my mom nor my baby's farther getting into trouble.?

If he does what his mother tells him not to do while he is below the age of 18, he can get into trouble and so can your mother.
