Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Inappropriate behavior of possible step-brother

My ex has been dating a lady for about 8 months now . He had only introduced her to our girls twice . And now she has moved in with him . (which I know he does have the right to move on ) I have also .

BUT ... a week after she moved in , her 17 year old son moved in . Which had me a little uneasy . As no one knows much about her or her son . Who has been in trouble for c/c fraud already ! And has had other troubles w/ the law .

Well the boy has already been kicked out . But I am finding out that he has asked our 14 year old daughter to send pictures of herself in a towel . And has somewhat admitted that he was trying to get a relationship started . I have copies of IM's & and emails . That concern me . And the mother has found texts that I'm guessing were quite alarming . I have not seen those .

My question is ... What can I do to ensure that this boy has no contact with my daughter ? As he is again in trouble with the law . He is 17 she is 14 . My ex says it's innocent . I say not so much . And am just wanting to protect my daughter . I have a feeling my ex doesn't want to upset his new g/f . And since he did not support my daughter with ''protecting'' her . She is now very upset at her Dad . That he thinks it is ''innocent''

The boy is a minor and your daughter is a minor. You're sure that you have evidence that he is trying to seduce her, but that would not necessarily be a violation of the law. If you believe that it is an unhealty environment, you should seek to modify your visitation orders to make sure that the boy is not around when your X has possession of your daughter. Good Luck.
