The relevant section in the Family Code (154.181 et seq.) don't address this.

The standard form that we use in divorce decrees, that is, the one that comes out of the document assembly programs, says:

"Health Insurance" means insurance coverage that provides basic health-care services, including usual physician services, office visits, hospitalization, and laboratory, X-ray, and emergency services, that may be provided through a health maintenance organization or other private or public organization.
