increasing child support and expenses
Do I have to pay for my daughter's private school that her mother put her in without asking me? Can she withhold my daughter from flying with a flight attendant as court ordered in my divorce decree by saying she needs a trained person to deal with childhood epilepsy that has no visible seizures, she only daydreams when tired, no convulsions. She also wants me to pay all her attorney fees when she wins. Also pay all airline tickets when it hs been ordered she share the expense and hasn't for a year.

Unless you were ordered to pay for private school, then you don't owe her anything but the court ordered child support.
In regard to childhood epilepsy, the court would rely heavily on the medical providers information.
I suggest you talk to a TX attorney about this matter.
She can always ask that you pay her atty. fees but only a judge can order you to pay them.
If she was ordered to contribute to transporation, then she can be held in contempt of court for not doing so.
