Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Ineed to know about power of attorney.I gave my grandma power of attorney over my kids in november '09.She's threatening to not give it back.I need to know how long it last and can I gat it back.

If this concerns you, then you need to send her a notice of revocation of power of attorney by certified mail, with a copy to anyone you have reason to believe may rely on it. If your grandmother has possession of the children, you should take action to get the kids back; otherwise, if they live with her long enough (6 months or more), she will have standing to file a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship to be named managing conservator.
