what are the infidelity laws in texas concerning filing for divorce on those grounds?

Adultery can be listed as grounds for divorce in the petition; however, in this day and time, it is not as relevant as it once was. If it is established that it was egregious behavior, then the court might give the other party an uneven split of the community property (i.e. 60-40).
