inheritance

I did not know that my kids where could get inheritance from their great grandmother who died in another state in 1992 and just found out, do i have a case and how do i find out how much each person got, can i get what the kids should have received or less

Its extremely doubtful that at this late date you would be able to recover anything at all and if you did it would still be considerably less than the attorneys fees you will likely have to pay to find out if your kids have an entitlement at all.

Its even questionable whether you would have standing to even reopen the case. If your kids are now adults they can pursue this on their own should they choose to do so.

Hire a Texas attorney to see what he/she can find out if you like.
