inheriting then giving it over as spouses seperate property

My wife inheritated 80,000 bought a house with it before we were married , we both moved in the house the same day, then she signed legal documents noterized giving it to me as my seperate property ..

The money was her separate property and the house was her separate property. If she chooses to gift it to you, then it is your separate property.
