Initial Custody Determination Valid?
Is an initial custody determination valid again, after the noncustodial parent had received temp inj and temp sole conservatorship that was dismissed completely 8 months later from his failure to follow through?

Re: Initial Custody Determination Valid?
If there was a temporary hearing, and/or temporary orders entered; and LATER, for whatever reason, the case was dismissed, then the rules of the game revert back to the last FINAL order entered by the court. Be aware that courts will usually reinstate a case that was dismissed for lack of prosecution, if requested within 30 days of the dismissal.
