Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Injunction to stop visitation

My ex-husband moved to Mo over a month ago. He has failed to notify me of his new address. He has not paid child support since he moved. As far as I know, he is not working. He is supposed to get my son for visitation for 45 days over the summer. I don't even know where my son would be if his father gets him over this time.

Can I file an emergency injunction to stop the summer visitation since he is in contempt of numerous orders?
