Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Inlaws

I am married and own a home before I got married. The home is under my name only. While I was out of town, my wife allowed her brother to move in our home without my permission. What can I do to get him out ?

Evict him. It is a fairly straight forward procedure you can probably handle yourself through the JP Court.
