Insurance Beneficiary Vs. Will
I am a sole beneficary to a family members insurance policy..how would this family members will affect me collecting on the policy, if i were not named in the will?

Insurance benefits to a named beneficiary normally pass outside of the Will. The proceeds of the insurance policy would not be part of the estate and would not be controlled by the Will.
