insurance medicare
im court ordeed to maintain health insurance on my kids i do but she uses medicare as primary on both and my daughter lives with me now and she still claimes foodstamps andmedicare on her i still pay same amount of child support as before plus approx. 400 month on insurance

You need to file a Petition to Modify, in order to modify the child support, conservatorship, visitation. You will also be able to terminate the withholding and insurance.
