Internation Jurisdiction On Child Support & Custody

Ex-wife remarried and has lived overseas (Muscat, Oman)with 8 year old daughter for five years. Divorce granted in Texas, father still resides there. Ex-wife sues annually for more child support and reduced visitation due to father's inability to exercise all visitation rights.

Question:- Do Texas Courts have jurisdiction in this case?
