am i intitled to any support

first i have two brothers parents divorced then age 4 now age 23 now my father owes tremendously in arrears at age 18 mother decided to tell the kids older bro is not from the same father father is paying now off and on for three sons can the court order be changed? all boys havent lived with mom for 5 yrs if this is important she has remarried twice since my father and had another child in the marriage directly following my father are my two brothers and i intitled to any of these child support payments?

Children are not entitled to child support payments. If there is an arrearage it is owed to your mother to compensate her for raising the children.
