Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I am in jail for ASWD against my wife,she has filed for divorce with orders giving her sole managing conservator of our 2 children,if i sign,will i have rights to my children when i get out of jail?

Before you sign anything, let a lawyer look at it.
Generally, even if she has "sole managing conservatorship," you will still get visitation rights.
