Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex and i have joint conservatorship, i transferred primary to him. She is failing and very unhappy and wants to live with her older sister. I am not in a place where i can take care of her. How do i do a motion to modify in texas to help my 13 year old?

You would need an attorney. It is unlikely that a court would transfer custody from a parent to a non parent just upon a child's desire. Especially if the the father does not agree. Parents have a right to visit their children. They also have certain duties.

Someone needs to look at the facts and the law to figure out if a motion to modify is what is needed.
