I am an over the road truck driver and my 15 year old daughter resides primarily with my 24 year old daughter and her husband. can i file a form of joint custudy with the court on my own allowing my eldest to make decissions on my behalf concerning medical, educational...?

Where is the child's mother?

If there is a custody order, then you have to comply with, or ask to modify that order.

Under most circumstances, schools and medical personnel will accept a written, notarized statement from you authorizing your other daughter to stand in your stead, and bind you to her decisions.
