What are my chances of getting joint custody if child is product of affair and both parties are married? Mother used to let me see child anytime and now it is a struggle to get child.

Re: Joint custody

If the child is yours and you don't want to give up your parental rights, at the minimum you are entitled to some sort of visitation. However, you will have to pay child support which will be a good portion of your income. You will need to hire a family law attorney to file suit for you.
