Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have joint custody of my children and the mother has a past/present drug use and does not provide a stable home life for the kids when she does have them. I have now enrolled them in school where I currently live and she says she is going to take them back out of school and enroll them where she resides. Is this something she can do and what do you recommend from me??

Look at your divorce decree and see who has the legal right to determine where the child resides and who has the right as to educational decisions. If they are not in your favor, you need to file a Petition to Modify the Order.
