Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello, I have joint custody of my children with my ex wife, I keep them during the school year and she keeps them during the summer. Recently I dropped them off to there mom for spring break and today 3/20/2010 was the day I was supposed to get them back and she has been text and leaving voicemails since yesterday stating that she was not going to return the children, that she was going to just pull them out of the school I have them in and put them in another school out of town. We normally meet at a neutral location I am in the process now of trying to find out where she is living exactly. She has moved multiple times in the last 2 years. If you have any advice for me I would appreciate it.

Thank You

Michael (Fort Woth,TX)

You can get a temporary restraining order to prevent her from withdrawing the kids along with a petition to modify and enforcement, depending on what you want to do.

You need to IMMEDIATELY consult with an experienced family law attorney in your area to determine your options. You need to act fast!

Good luck,
