Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

joint custody

I want to share custody of my daughter with her paternal grandparents. I, as her mother, have sole custody at this point but want to make sure that her grandparents who she resides with most of the time have all the rights that they need to seek medical attention and other problems that may accure. What is the best way to do this with out a lawyer??

Re: joint custody

There isn't a best way to do this without a lawyer. You need to consult with an attorney to determine the parameters of authority you wish to give the grandparents. This has far-reaching consequences that you have to consider. There are ways to give them some authority, without giving them conservatorship.
