what a joke

Our final divorce hearing was May 1. The settlement: cash payable in 60 days. Well, its been more than 60 days and nothing. Don't know what to do next.

Contempt of Court

Go back to your divorce attorney.

If you did not use one, plan on hiring one and paying quite a bit to try to fix this mess.

My clients argue with me but I don't like payments in advance for exactly the problem you are having now.
