Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If a judge hires an attorney for the judge's personal custody battles and does not reveal the relationship with the custody attorney is in the judge's court to the other parties, is that a conflict of interest? Would it be a conflict of intereset in that same scenario if the judge sanctions other attorneys with the fees for the judge's attorney, when the sanctions are for such items as subpoenas for legitimate documents or for not presenting evidence when there were eyewitness testimony and expert mental health testimony given on interviews, opinions, and diagnosis, as well as State Records presented?

I think I know what Judge you are referring to.

This is a matter for your attorney to handle with the Judge and opposing counsel. If you don't have a lawyer you need to retain one. If you cannot afford to retain one seek out legal aide.
