Judgements

I was awarded a judgement in May 1995 (exhusband did not follow the terms of divorce agreement--was awarded about $70,000 but he could never could pay) Can I still get him to pay for this or has time expired to collect?

You might be too late. Normally judgments expire after ten years unless renewed. You should go see an attorney to be sure.
