How many Judge's have known to rule out Adultery as the grounds for divorce, if the married couple have been seperated for a long time, due to incareration.

Texas has no-fault divorces. That means that you don't need grounds for a divorce.

Adultery is only an issue in property division. The party claiming that adultery occurred has the burden to prove it. Sometimes that is difficult.
