Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Juvenile Sneaking Around

My Nephew who is 17 1/2 keeps sneaking away to hang out with a 14 year old girl, his parents have forbid him to see her because of possible legal issues but her parents allow it to happen, what can be done from a legal standpoint to keep them apart to avoid him from possibly being labled as a sexual preditor.
