Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex is keeping my daughter from me & not following our custody agreement, what can i do? He allows our 12 year old but not our 10 yr old. He is constantly working & has allowed his new wife to "take his place". This has been going on for months now. I cannot afford an attorney on my salary but I do want to see both my daughters.

What do I need to do to change this?

Sometimes you can get the law enforcement folks to help you with this. Otherwise:

You file a motion for contempt that alleges that he's violating the court order regarding visitation and surrendering the children to you. Ask the Judge to put him in jail. The filing fee will be about $40; another $16 to issue the writs (citation and notice); and another $110 for the service fee.
